The Companies ESPACE CHATAL, FARELLA and ARMOR MECA, and the leader in additive manufacturing PRISMADD, supported by ACE Management agreed in July 2015 to create a new integrated industrial group. This integrated group is the evolution of ACE Aeronautique business group established in 2007.
Christened WeAre Aerospace, the group has now reached an important stage in its constitution. In fact the company FARELLA has joined WeAre Aerospace, and WeAre Aerospace has bought the company CHATAL.
Architects of the new group since its beginning,
companies ESPACE and ARMOR MECA will strengthen WeAre Aerospace during 2016 by tendering their shares.
WeAre Aerospace has an ambitious industrial strategy firmly focused on the specialisation of its industrial sites and international development, supported by a strategy of innovation and vertical integration.
WeAre Aerospace embodies a new vision of the ‘complete business’ focused on the satisfaction of its customers and consolidation within the sector.
WeAre Aerospace’s aim is to provide a fully comprehensive offer to its clients, including turning, milling, additive manufacturing, sheet metal work, welding, NDT treatment of surfaces and paint, fitting and equipment.
By the end of 2016, WeAre Aerospace will represent a workforce of 1,000 employees and a turnover of € 110 million.
On the horizon, 2020, WeAre Aerospace aims to have increased this workforce to 1,500 employees and the turnover of € 300 million.
