We Are is the group formed by the integration of the companies CHATAL, ESPACE, FARELLA.

Originally partners within ACE Aéronautique, in 2015 these three historical players decided to launch the WeAre project, an original approach to creating an international industrial group.

During this process, the three founding companies were joined by PRISMADD, an industrial company specializing in the development of additive manufacturing. In  2017 BOUYAUSARE and COMEFOR joined the group

WeAre is an integrated group, with an industrial, financial and commercial strategy designed to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.

The Group combines the founding values of its constituent entities in order to:

  • build competitive solutions tailored to meet the needs of its customers
  • offer all its teams an inspirational, long-term project.

The Group is organized into autonomous specialist Business Units (BUs) whose directors provide commercial, industrial and financial management:

The central functions are carried out by experts who work in conjunction with the BUs to ensure the implementation of a coherent strategy and to harmonize practices and processes.

The Executive Committee is the central management body. With both strategic and operational functions, it builds and directs implementation of the strategy under the authority of the Group’s Chairman.
