The 4th edition of the Trophées de l’Aéronautique, organised by the Toulouse branch of La Tribune, was held on Thursday 13 October at Toulouse-Blagnac airport. The Trophées de l’Aéronautique are awarded to businesses in the French aeronautics supply chain who have achieved outstanding performance in different areas (Factory of the Future and Industrial Performance, Innovation, International, Digital, and Adaptation to the Market). Yann Barbaux, Airbus Chief Innovation Officer , was the Guest of Honour.

Meeting the requirements of the market involves constantly adapting your strategy and great agility. WeAre Aerospace, led by Pascal Farella, is a group formed by the integration of four French companies (Chatal, Espace, Farella and Armor Meca), which came together to establish a fully-integrated industrial group. With the creation of Prismadd, the company is now active in the promising additive manufacturing sector. WeAre Aerospace is the logical conclusion of a consolidation strategy that began in 2010 with Ace Aéronautique. The new group aims to achieve a turnover of €300 million in 2020, and to create many new jobs.
