Meeting the requirements of the market involves constantly adapting your strategy and great agility. It was in the light of these requirements that the companies forming the WeAre Aerospace Group jointly adopted a strategy that is bold yet sustainable. WeAre places innovation and international development at the heart of its strategy. Its subsidiary 3D Trust also won the Digital category at the same Trophées de l’Aéronautique ceremony.

WeAre sees commitment as a lever for performance and excellence.
“We want to be a company where everyone is fully committed to achieving customer satisfaction. This is the commitment we all share, and that’s the best guarantee of sustainable performance.”

WeAre Aerospace, led by Pascal Farella, is a group formed by the integration of four French companies (Chatal, Espace, Farella and Armor Meca), which came together to establish a fully-integrated industrial group. With the creation of Prismadd, the company is now active in the promising additive manufacturing sector. WeAre Aerospace is the logical conclusion of a consolidation strategy that began in 2010 with Ace Aéronautique. The new group aims to achieve a turnover of €300 million in 2020, and to create many new jobs.
